Q: Can I change one of my current accounts to a Reward Plus account?

A: No, but we can open you a new account.

Q: Can I have both e-statements and paper statements?

A: This account must be set up only on e-statements.

Q: Will my statement cycle change?

A: No, your statements will be combined and sent in an email.

Q: Can I have overdraft protection on this account?

A: No, but this account will not affect your OOPS on your regular Reward account.

Q: How can I get cash out of this account?

A: You can either get cash at a City Bank owned ATM, come into a branch, or you can transfer money through our online banking system.

Q: Is there a minimum balance on this account?

A: No, there is neither a minimum nor a maximum.

Q: Can I make deposits to this account?

A: Yes, as many as you would like.

Q: Can I have money automatically transferred from my Reward Checking to Reward Plus?

A: Yes, you can.

Q: Do I have to meet the requirements twice to get the interest?

A: No, you only have to meet the requirements in your Reward Checking account.

Q: What happens if I don't meet the requirements for my Reward Checking?

A: You will receive the base APY for that statement period on both accounts.

Q: Can I have a debit Card for my Reward Plus account?

A: No. We can add your Reward Plus account to your Reward Checking account debit card.

Q: Can I access my Reward Plus account at another financial institution's ATM?

A: No. It may appear on the ATM screen that you have access to your Reward Plus account, but the transaction will post to your primary Reward Checking account. This applies to transfers as well.

Q: Can I order checks for my Reward Plus account?

A: No.
