- Receive your statements by email.
City Bank is pleased to offer electronic statements for your checking and savings account. Now you can choose to receive your bank statements by email instead of receiving a paper copy in the mail. E-statements include the same information that you receive with a paper statement and more.
- Some of the advantages of E-statements are:
- Free check images with E-statements.
- E-statements are encrypted for security and are password protected.
- E-statements are official documents, just like your paper statements, so you can use them for record keeping, tax purposes, etc.
- E-statements can be viewed electronically, printed and saved for your convenience.
- E-statements reduce the chance of your account information getting lost or stolen in the mail.
- E-statements are convenient. Each month, you will receive an email when your E-statement is ready to view.
- How to enroll in E-statements:
- 1. Log into your online banking account at www.citybankonline.com.
- 2. Simply click "E-statements" in the Menu Bar.
- 3. Verify or enter your current "Email Address".
- 4. Assign a "Security Phrase" to identify your emailed statement.
- 5. Click the box to "Agree to the Listed Terms".
- 6. "Enroll Now"!
